Prenatal Yoga

Finding time to slow down and practice mindful movement with conscious breath during pregnancy can be a challenge. I work to create the space for you to connect with your body and baby. Prenatal yoga has numerous benefits for mom and baby including improved physical and mental well-being, stress reduction, and preparation for labor and delivery. 

Yoga means connection and having a baby is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your  connection to yourself and your baby. This connection is rooted in the breath, cultivating your life force energy or prana will guide you through your toughest moments.  Let's breathe together!

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions are $150 for a 1.5-2 hour session.

They includes aromatherapy, insightful motherhood wisdom cards, a physical and emotional check-in, breath work to connect with your core and pelvic floor, and a mindful movement practice tailored to your specific stage of pregnancy.
