First Visit: I focus on getting to know you and your partner, listening carefully to your unique wishes, desires, thoughts and fears. I can assist in creating a birth plan, answering questions and guide you through best practices.

Second Visit: We'll explore the phases of labor, effective comfort techniques for each phase, helpful tips and strategies tailored to you and your partner, and initial postpartum planning.

I will be available around the clock to join you when labor begins. You can call anytime, day or night, and I will be there to support you from active labor through the first few hours postpartum. This on-call period is guaranteed for the two weeks surrounding your estimated due date.

Throughout your pregnancy, I’ll be there, providing you with on going professional guidance and support. Hiring a birth doula means having a dedicated advocate, trusted confidante, and supportive friend readily available to answer your questions and provide information on all aspects of pregnancy, labor, birth, and newborn care.

1.5-2 hours, in your home

My support continues after birth. Within the first 7 days postpartum, I will visit you at home to reflect on your birth experience, answer any questions you may have, and offer foundational support and resources for breastfeeding and newborn care. This visit prioritizes your well-being and your family's adjustment to life with a newborn.
